Allen Precision was founded in 1940 as Allen Machine Works Company by J. J. Allen in Greensboro, NC. In 1960 we moved to Asheboro, North Carolina and incorporated as Allen Machine and Supply Company. Allen Precision Industries, Inc. was purchased by PEM Holdings, Inc. in June, 2006.
When Allen started in 1940 the vision was to produce quality products and develop quality relationships that would last a lifetime. Today, the same vision is being carried out every day.
